Note: ‘CALD Members’ refers to users who have registered and been approved for CALD course enrolments – see CALD Courses in your DHB for more information about course eligibility, registration and enrolment. A user who has been approved for a CALD course enrolment will automatically be registered in the CALD Online Forum, and be assigned a similar login and password.
Purpose
This online forum is a place for CALD members to:
- Post questions to trainers regarding CALD training
- Share CALD knowledge and experience with other members
- Post questions to the CALD forum about available resources
- Access ‘Frequently Asked Questions’ about CALD training and resources
Forum Rules
Online Forum postings will be moderated to ensure they adhere to the forum purpose.
- Postings are NOT meant for urgent service referrals or urgent enquiries
- Inappropriate responses to postings will be deleted
Enquiries
- You can direct your queries to cald@waitematadhb.govt.nz regarding registration and login issues
- You can click CONTACT US to talk to a CALD staff member for help
- Phone enquiries are only available Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm (not including public holidays)
Response Time
- We endeavour to acknowledge and respond to postings within 36 hours on working days
Enquiries about registration and login will be responded within 24 hours on working days
